Aggregation metrics for conceptual model

Hi - I'm using Fragstats to measure aggregation on a range of conceptual landscape configurations created in ArcGIS Pro (see attached).
I have run several metrics to try to provide a mathematical measure of the aggregation of these configurations, but nothing is providing numbers that correlate with visual assessment. Metrics include ENN_MN, PROX, CONTAG, PLADJ, COHESION, CLUMPY, AGG. INDEX. 
The circular patches are comprised of one material only, in order to eliminate composition as a variable. I've tested the above metrics across class and landscape options. Because I'm running multiple configurations I've only tried 'No Sampling' in the Analysis parameters, as the other options like moving window, from what i can tell, only allow configuration to be tested at a time. 
I've also attached the results spreadsheet, configuration name in Col. B, metrics results in Cols. O thru' U.

I don't have enough information to be able to comment or advise. Firstly, I didn't see the attachment with the results nor did you provide a visual of the landscapes to evaluate what you are seeing. I doubt there is anything "wrong" with the calculations of the metrics, so perhaps it is a misunderstanding of what they are measuring. One thing to note as that Prox and ENN are doing something very different than the cell-based aggregation metrics listed, so that could be part of the issue.
