Hi all. I'm trying to run fragstat metrics in R. But the installer where it was in the url doesn't exist:
    www.umass.edu/landeco/research/fragstats...downloads.html#Rfrag
The library was RFrag. I can't run Fragstats from R. Please help.

The R library you are referring to does NOT run fragstats in R. This was a library created with a single function for combining the landscape and class level metric outputs into a single flat table. You can run Fragstats from R using a system function to call the fragstats model previously created. See the tutorial on running from R.

Greetings. Thank you. But anyway the library no longer exists for download inside the tutorial. Do you have it that you can share it?

See attached zip file containing the frag.combine.R function. This is NOT an R package but rather a single function. The commented lines in the R function described the usage of the function. You can modify the function as needed to suit your needs. Hopefully this will suffice.
